The Chat Widget offers three subscription plans:
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically each month. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until the end of the billing period.
We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price increases. Price changes will apply to your next billing cycle.
All plans include unlimited messages. Plan limits apply to the number of sites, message history retention, and feature access. Free plan users have 14-day message history retention, Pro plan users have 1-year retention, and Business plan users have unlimited history retention.
The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by The Chat Widget and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of all content you submit through the Service (chat messages, site configurations). By using the Service, you grant us a license to store, process, and display this content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE CHAT WIDGET SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Chat Widget, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
